Uploading a Photo of Your Window

A good window photo provides context that measurements alone cannot show.

Why upload a photo?

Photos can reveal architraves, sills, handles, flyscreens, nearby walls and other details that affect frame or panel choices.

Whole-window upload example

Take one whole-window photo

Stand far enough back to show the entire opening and surrounding trim. Keep the camera reasonably square to the window.

Obstruction detail upload

Add detail photos

Take close-ups of obstructions, sill profiles, decorative architraves or unusual corners. A side angle is useful for showing depth.

Make photos easy to identify

If you are ordering several windows, label or group the photos by room so they cannot be confused.
